Mark completed his apprenticeship and served with the RAF, from 1987 through to 1999. During that time he worked on many assorted vehicles including Series IIa, Series III, Defender 90s and 110s, and Forward Control Land Rovers. He also worked on many specialist vehicles such as, ambulances, armoured vehicles and TACRs.
Since leaving the service, he has set up his own successful garage business. This he runs with the help of his mother and his son. They have now been joined by a promising young apprentice, who is being instilled with the same ethics and enthusiasm as Mark and family.
Although he repairs, maintains, services and MOTs all motorbikes, cars and light commercial vehicles, he has a passion for Land Rovers. To the extent that he has owned several in the past, currently he drives a Discovery 2, and is in the process of restoring two Series IIIs.
Our Land Rover customer base is large and diverse, covering all vehicles from a 1962 Series II through to a 2008 Discovery 3, working vehicles, runarounds and modified off roaders. |
